Clare Piggott
Managing Director    

Clare has over 35 years of industry experience across a wide range of brands. Adept at launching new brands to the market Clare has most recently worked on building licensing programmes for May The Thoughts Be With You and Numberblocks.

Prior to Larkshead, Clare has held senior positions at Mattel, Nickelodeon, CPLG and BBC Worldwide. Clare was Head of Merchandise for BBC Worldwide and has worked extensively with licensees & retailers on a local, Pan European and Global basis.

Sultan Hassan
Senior Product Development & Creative Manager    

Sultan is a highly experienced creative services director and has a passion for supporting the creative needs of both UK and International licensees. Sultan works closely with many well known brands to develop award winning product accross all categories.

Sultan has extensive experienced with the creation and development of style guides, artwork, and CGI.

Sultan has previously managed a busy design studio working directly with retailers and licensees. Sultan has designed and developed successful products for Hit Entertainment as Senior Product Development Manager, her creative focus spanned globally across categories from toys, gift, apparel, and homewares to live events and attractions.

Mel Humberstone-Garly
Senior Licensing Manager    

Mel brings over 30 years of industry experience spanning all aspects of licensing and a wide range of intellectual property types.

Before joining Larkshead, Mel was Senior Licensing Manager at The National Gallery, where she sold across multiple product categories and led high-level negotiations with key manufacturers and retailers.

Her career also includes roles at ITV Studios and Chorion, where she developed and implemented successful licensing strategies for iconic brands such as Thunderbirds, Mr. Men and Little Miss, Paddington Bear, and Beatrix Potter.
